Default k member swap

hello. i recently bent my k member while stupidly showing off......fail

anyway, i am in need of a new k member that will fit my stock 4.0
however i do have a 5.4 navigator long block along with the necessary wiring that i plan to swap in sometime next year.

is there a k member that fits both so i wont have to buy another one when i swap engines?

and if so, where do i find it.

thanks

WHy not? the navigator 5.4, with gt500 motor mounts, will fit, especially if you have a '07 and later. (The intake is a different matter, though.)
I really like my BMR k-member, as it gives a lot of room for getting to things on the the engine. Compared to the stock k-member, it's no comparison.

But you can look around and probably find a used k-member for $50-100. I sold mine a few months ago to someone who had bent theirs as well.
