Default Car still squeaking and the dealership can't fix it

Well the saga continues. The dealership has narrowed the squeaking in my 2011 Mustang convertible to the rear passenger quarter panel. They have had it for 10 days (an eternity) and can't find the source. They say it is not coming from the truck or the exhausts. They have the chassis hooked up to a microphonne system. They don't deny the squeak is there and they don't deny they can't find it. The car has 10,000 miles on it and still under warranty. I am making payments on a car that is in the dealership lot instead of my driveway.

I'm at my wits end. Help!!!

Mine is making a squeaking noise from that area too. I kind of think it's the control arms, and they're soon on my to-do list so I'll see if it's them and take it from there.

Thanks for the post. I am going to call the service tech this morning. I'll let you know what happens.

I called Ford Customer Relationship Center (800-392-3673) Tuesday afternoon and spoke to a representative at length about my problem with the squeak and the lack of communication from the service dept at the dealership. I told the rep the service dept. doesn't call and give me updates; I have to bug them. The rep has turned my case over to a customer care specialist team. They are to contact the dealership and offer technical assistance. They they will call me and give me a status report. Stay tuned.
