You will see little to any gains FI or not. The stock manifolds are plenty efficient for these motors, you may want to have them coated because they will start to rust. My friend actually has them on his V6.

There not to bad for the money. Fit & Finish is not up to par with the name brands, you may need to tweak them a bit when installing. They are going to get surface rust on them and not look to pretty after a while but surprisingly I've got 100k on mine now and they are holding up ok. You should hear a little deeper tone to the exhaust from the stock manifolds.

look nice! id put them on my automobile if i had the extra money to make the engine bay a little more shiny. decent price. and with all the room the v6 engine bay has, you could probably do all the install from the top
