i recently got my kit for a 2010 v6 mustang and i am going to install it this weekend is their any steps to follow .such as running it for a time period after installation running the a/c ,or running it down the street for a certant amout of milage ,thanxs guys

Other than making sure everything is installed/uploaded properly, there's nothing extra I did before I tested it out. Make sure you follow the instructions on the handheld to a T, otherwise the tune won't upload correctly and the car will stall out. Kinda scary at first

But I always recommend that you take the car out for a VERY spririted drive immediately prior to the install, then install your lowest octane tune and the CAI, then repeat that drive as closely as possible. Then load the next higher octane tune and repeat and so forth. This will give you the best comparsion between tunes since each tune isn't just about power. Each tune has it's own personality such as where in the RPM range it pulls harder, etc.

Just be sure to have a tank of fuel with the highest octane that matches your highest octane tune when you begin.
