Default Would I still lose power?

So I plan on running the following for my exhaust, but I want to make sure when I smog my car and they put the sniffer in my exhaust the sniffer will pass me.

My exhaust setup is:

MAC Ceramic Long Tube Headers
MAC Prochamber to Long Tube Headres
MAC CatBack with 4 " tips out of the mufflers

Now if I run my stock cats, will I be okay on passing smog with the sniffer?

Also if I ran the Pypes High Flow Cats would I pass smog still?

Would there still be a performance gain with the stock cats, or will it be better with hi flow cats?

Are there even any long tubes that are carb approved?
If part of the exhaust Infront of the axle isn't carb approved I think it's auto fail. But not 100% sure

Well as long as he doesn't inspect the car i'll be fine, usually my smog guy just looks at the stickers in around my engine and gets some stupid code and moves on. He doesn't spend time looking at headers etc.
