Bought 3 keys off ebay ... Now ford has designed the programming to be impossible .
Bought 3 keys off ebay ... Home depot cut them for free , they open the car ... Asked ford how to add existing keys . They charge 60$ just so i can add 3 existing keys , even though i have the original .
This is rediculous ford says it takes an hour to copy a key....
Any suggestions ?

You MUST have 2 previously programmed keys for PATS programming to work. Otherwise, you have to likely get the dealer to do that second key at least(with compatible transponder) with the VCM/IDS tool. That actually only takes about 15mins(10min waiting period via software to deter using it as a tool for car theft), but you will likely get charged for an hour labor regardless.
