Car is falling apart! Battery?
Seems to be having a lot of problems lately. tonight I go out to my car and get in and the lights were on and seemed fine. About 30 mins later I go out and get in and try to start the car and all the lights go out and the car wont start. Tried to jump it and the lights came back on but the car would still not get enough power to start. I have been hearing a clicking underneath the drivers side dash sometimes when I start the car so I dont know if that has something to do with it? I hope its just a bad cable or battery? I will take a look at it tomorrow when it is light outside and hopefully can find the problem but if anyone has had this problem or has any ideas it would be great to hear them.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Dunno if I should even open my mouth at this juncture but I think... that my battery is OEM in mine from 2005. It most certainly is the same battery that was in it when I procured it in 2009.
That being said.... do all the basics.... ensure your terminals are clean... and that your serpentine belt is properly tensioned and not all glazed up. I recently replaced the tensioner pulley assembly, idler pulley and belt. They seemed fine... but for all I know could have been the originals.
Cars anymore... with all the electronics and dependencies on computerized systems need to have a very stable source of electricity... so they can be quite sensitive to all of the aforementioned. After checking and verifying all that stuff is good... well, then if the problem persists, by all means, start with the battery check.
Good luck!
