Panhard Rod Rattle on 2006

Panhard Rod Rattle on 2006
I have been experiencing a rattle/drone noise at 1500rpm. While tapping on the parts underneath the car I found when I tapping the Panhard rod it make a rattle sound like there is a spring inside of it or a loose washer. Is the Panhard rod hollow with another pipe inside of it. Is this normal?
