The OE wires shouldn't need replacing; they'll likely outlast you owning the car. As far as plugs, that would depend on the mileage. My wife's 06 V6 has only 38k on it and the plugs aren't on the radar yet.

Wow! 38K on an 06, I thought my mileage was low @ 44K on an 06, impressive.

I bought her the '06 in '09 with only 9600 miles on it.

Thanks!
Lower rear axle gears will help performance.

Default TB Maintenance

My 06, 4.0L, has almost 130k miles. It has had nothing but Tier 1 gasoline. Should I worry about the throttle body being dirty and is there a spring or 2 attached to the TB that should be replaced for preventative maintenance? My engine has nothing but quick response. Should I be concerned with the TB for any preventative maintenance? Recommendations? I would have my local garage mechanic do the work, if is required. Thanks for any input.

clean your TB
flush your tranny
replace fuel filter
check your gaskets
tighten up bolts.
Check bushings
change that diff fluid
just buy stuff slowly every time your at the auto parts store
use a can of seafoam every 8000 miles

Tier 1 gas is clean.
The PCV oil is what dirties up the TB over time.
Unless you have an aftermarket catch can in place...
