Okay so I've been starting to notice that my 09 is starting to have a strange idle every now and again. I'll be sitting at idle and all of a sudden the car will go from the 650rpm and drop down to 450rpm for a second and then go back to normal. It does it randomly and I can never get the car to reproduce it. I have pulled the air inlet tube off to check to see if the throttle body was dirty, but it appeared to be pretty clean. Any other thoughts? No check engine lights or anything of the sort.

Have you cleaned the TB lately? A dirty TB (and it doesn't even have to LOOK dirty) is the cause for idle issues about 80% of the time. And if that's not it, replace the fuel filter next.
