Rad Flush - Coolant Capacity?

Rad Flush - Coolant Capacity?
Hey guys, i wanted to drain out the coolant in the rad and re-fill it. I can't seem to find the re-fill capacity for rad drains. Does anyone know??
And i want to do the transmission fluid as well, pan drop and replace filter, how much fluid exactly will i need to feed back into the bottom bolt? And is there a specific fitting i need to buy? And is there a bolt i can remove on the side of the tranny to know when its getting overfilled or anything?

UPDATE: Just putting it out there for people who want to do a 'radiator drain' on the 2005-2009 4.0L v6 models, its 8.0 litres that you need to successfully refill it back to the full cold line, once you let it bleed and let the heating fan come on, you will need another 400ml-500ml to top it off to the full cold line again
