Knocking noise sounds like lifters

Hello I have a 2007 4.0 with 34k miles
It has this knocking noise that sounds like
If its lifters but its not i change the tensioner on
Driver side already
And the noise is sill there!
Need help please helpp me !

For starters, any chance you're running a lighter weight oil than specified?

How about fuel injector tapping? Does it run rough? You should get a engine stethoscope and hunt around for the noise from there. Harbor Freight has them for cheap.
