Default Bouncing RPM's and jerking throttle feathering

For the last week or so I've been noticing when I disengage the clutch my RPM's start bouncing up and down almost stalling. It actually has stalled around 3 times. All times I was driving around 40mph and clutch in to turn and rpms fall straight to zero.

Also when I am feathering the throttle to maintain speed the car will jerk. The RPM's drop just enough to see it on the tach. Only happens when throttle is around 5-10% depressed.

Other than that car is running fine. From the little I've read the only things I've come up with were vacuum leak or TPS. Any idea what this could be?

Thanks

Probably the TPS. I've seen cases where people have had similar issues, and no codes and it turns out being the TPS after they spent a bunch of money on other things trying to fix it.

Clean TB , replace fuel filter, return to stock and retune if you have one, im changing my sparks at 46k miles since i feel a loss of power. maybe try that if your getting there. good luck

If that doesn't fix it, replace the fuel filter as Ivanrad mentioned (they've been known to clog as early as 30k miles, depending on the crud in your local tanks).

If THAT doesn't fix it, THEN run 1 or 2 tanks of SeaFoam.

If THAT doesn't fix it, THEN return to stock to see if it's the tune (doubtful).

Alright, throttle body is cleaned out. I am doing plugs, fuel filter, and cleaning the maf this morning. I did a resistance test on the tps and the readings were pretty smooth throughout the butterfly motion. If none of that works out, I am going to try data logging with the SCT once I figure out how to do it and what I should be looking for.
