Default PATC 3000 Stall Tq Converter

So I am thinking that one of my future purchases after the rear and aluminum driveshaft is going to be a 3000 RPM Tq converter. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Patc brand or any other brand suggestions?

I had a patc and absolutely hated it on the street. It takes a lot more rpms and revving to get going from a stop. If you like doing that every time you stop, you'll like it.

For the track, that's the ONLY place where I liked the improvement it gave (2/10's off my 60' times).

I eventually removed the converter and sold it.
