Spongy brakes on a 2005 V6 after new SS liines, master cylinder and brake fluid
Have had spongy brakes on a 2005 V6. First replaced brake fluid by draining master cylinder reservoir, filling with new DOT 3-4 fluid and bleeding rear to front. Next replaced OEM lines with SS lines and bleed system again. Next replaced master cylinder after first bleeding new cylinder and reservoir then bleed entire system again. Still feels spongy. Have semi-metallic pads and new rotors also. What is going on here?

Just out of curiosity, why did you replace your brake lines?
My first guess would be to check all your connections on your brake lines. Make sure that the bleeder valves are tightly closed.
Are you bleeding the brake lines by pumping the brakes and someone else opening the bleeder valve or do you have a pneumatic brake bleeder system?

sometimes there air gets trapped in the ABS pump, its a PITA to bleed!
you can try getting a bleeder bottle (bottle with a hose that goes to the bottom of the bottle and put it on your bleeder screw) make sure there is some fluid in the bottle already,
start the car and very slowly pump the brakes up and down, do this several times per wheel and have someone there to close the bleeder screw when the pedal is almost to the floor
do this to all the wheels and NEVER let the reservoir get empty.
if this doesn't work, you may need a scan tool to activate the pump while cracking the bleeder.
