Default Can a Bxt96 be replaced by a BXT 65?

I am extremely short on funds. My battery in my stang will cost $60 to replace inside the 100 month warranty. I have an explorer that has a newer battery but its a bxl 65. Can that be used in my 2007 mustang 4.0? Just trying to save a few dollars! Check this out to explain! http://www.gofundme.com/yf8g5w6x I have had no help in months!
