Tensioner went out...Help!

Default Tensioner went out...Help!

Tensioner went out so i replaced the part, but for some reason the belt seems to be to loose and puts of a vibrating noise, have no idea what else to do doesnt seem like the end of the world but i like things done right, any ideas out there?

Did you replace the belt as well? If so, are you sure you have the correct size?

Double check how you have the belt routed as well, make sure you have it on the correct pulleys the correct way. (and that it is on the pulley as well)

Everything is seated correctly an the dealership said the motor craft i have on is the one thats ment to be on my car. Idk what else it could be an then today theres a churping noise coming from the engine as well an the belt seems to be wearing down now.

Take a careful look at the harmonic balancer. OEM item known to fail and when it does belt will be loose and worn on the edges from rubbing pulleys that are out of alignment.
