Default Coolant Leak - Please Help

Hey guys... So I noticed that my coolant reservoir was empty one day, so I topped it off a couple days ago and found its empty again. I found this leak, and I think it's the only spot. All the hoses are good. What am I looking at, how much is the part, and how much will it cost to replace it? My car is not overheating, yet. Thank you.

Further away.

Close up.

Thermostat housing is split. The most common issue on the 4.0. Easy to fix, takes about 20 minutes to replace. Get the aluminum one and you never have to worry about it again

Thanks! I did just end up figuring that out by looking a bit more online after a slight panic. Haha.

I just got a plastic one, a kit from Advanced Auto Parts that comes with the upper and lower housing, thermostat, and the necessary gaskets/o-rings. I'm on a budget thanks to life, and my Torino needs some work after catching on fire, so for right now, that will have to do.

Apparently it is a common issue as my father's Mountaineer had his crack pretty badly as well.
