Valva Cover Cracks
 

Where is a good place to buy a valve cover? My L/H side is cracked in 4 places and leaking like crazy.

salvage yard for used, or ford for new

I found a new genuine Ford valve cover for $100 and ordered it. I was wondering if any of you have had the problem. Oil is leaking like crazy from the left side and on top of the engine. Don't know what else is up there to leak. The intake has no oil. The left cover had some cracks that I repaired with JB Weld but it leaked as bad as before. Anybody else had this problem?

no, but you might want to check out any forums about Rangers or Explorers, as they both used the 4.0 SOHC for a long time.
