My mustang runs perfectly from a cold start
Then after I drive it to normal operating temp
And shut it off for a few minutes then restart it it sometimes stalls out or it will run like the old school cars when over choked and loaded up
Then after raving for a minute it clears out
My exhaust is black as coal

I cleaned the MAF sensor. Didn't change at all!
I'm lost at this juncture..

Try some good fuel injector cleaner for starters.

Pull one of the spark plugs and see how clean they are.

So far I've used seafoam in one tank then HEET in another tank and then heet again in the next tank of fuel. No change. I bought a new MAF. no. Change! I've got about 40 k on the plugs and wires. Seriously doubt that's the problem .
I'm thinking I've got some other sensor problem.
No codes yet either eek!
