It has been unseasonably cold for us and my stang was parked for a few days, went to start, it was a no go at first but it ended up starting. I have read that the cd or radio comes on by itself and hence dead battery, so I have removed the radio fuse and will test tomorrow since it has been a few days. Was told battery was good. If not might be battery drain from something else.
I strongly recommend getting a Battery Tender. Many stang owners think it is the radio but I don't know. I have owned mine since I bought it new. If I don't drive it regularly, the battery will weaken and the car will not start. Since I put the Battery Tender on, no issues at all.
