Not sure what's all out there, been a Dodge guy for a long time... Then went to VW,
had three of those, and still have a '15 TSI with an InJen intake and boost module.

My first thing for this will probably be an intake system.

I am going with a "Mirror Universe - Terran Empire" theme for the car, just waiting
to see if the guy can change the color of the logo iron on patches for the seats. I need
a gray blade with red continents in the globe, not orange... I got the door decals
on order. Then I need to decide on the other items for hood and trunk...

What? It looks fine - no "is" but "it". You probably don't have enough posts yet to see the edit button on your posting.

Yeah, the edit button is up now...

Taking it in tomorrow for the gauge cluster replacement, trans service, and
for Ford to look at the Shaker500 stereo, which I know they won't be able
to RESET it to work... The people I bought it from just don't want to replace
that either.

I will be looking at a 2-din touch screen. DUAL makes a cheap one for $65.00 at
Walmart. So, I will need face plate adapter and the harness...

It's unlikely you will get a "fix" for the Shaker; there isn't a reset for it. Easier to simply replace it.

While you are getting Ford to fix stuff, take a look under the hood. Right at the lip where the seams are. Check for ANY peeling of paint. There were hoods that got metal contamination at the factory causing Hood Corrosion. You can do a search on the forum to see more about in detail. Basically if you have the issue and IF Ford will fix it, they sand blast the area and will repaint it. The dealer told me the only way to really "fix it" is with an aftermarket hood.
