I changed the plugs and wires and now I have terrible misfires.

I tried putting the original wires back on with the same problem.

I am pretty sure I connected everything the way it was originally. This picture is exactly how i have them wired now.

Wait a second, I just noticed that diagram has the order as 4,6,5 and I wired it as 4,5,6. HMM

This is why you only remove one wire at a time, then you will never mess up firing order.
But now you can use it as a lesson learned, and be a better mechanic in the future.

The V6 coil pack only has three coils anyway.

1&5, 2&6, and 3&4 fire at the same times.

If you see, the wires I have, have the cylinder #s on them.

4,6,5 are on the driver side, 1,2,3 are on the passenger side.

Firing order is 1,4,2,5,3,6

Cylinder order is:
3 - 6
2 - 5
1 - 4

If it still runs rough, check your plug GAPs.
