Bellhousing, you will need to probably get your ECU reprogrammed to accept the new transmission, new shifter, new driveshaft.

My suggetsion would be to build-up your T-45. Those things can be damn strong if built up a bit.

um going from a manual to a manual shouldn't bother the ecu one bit on a manual ford the ecu has no idea what the tranny is doing.

the shifter is diffent i know that if you get it complete with bell housing i would say it should come close to a perfect bolt in swap you may need a new cross member and drive shaft.

Well im assuming that a t-45 might have a different reference signal and so forth than the t-3650, hence why I was thinking ECU reprogramming...

Remember, the gear ratios for the T-45 and the T-3650 are different, so the speedo might be off (hence the difference in RPM's in the calculator between the T-45 and T-3650 Transmissions).

This is mostly an assumption, but it makes sense in my mind.

I wish I could rebuilt it, but I down shifted and the tranny pretty much blew off, I was lucky cuz, the engine is good, but clutch pressure plate, and belthousing are gone, also the encasing broke... im getting the 3650 for $300 from a friend with the driveshaft and everything but i need to know for sure if ai need anything else.... thanks
