I have the same problem with my car. Its not my cats (I dotn have any) and its not my air filter, because I have a new K & N. I have a feeling its my plugs or my fuel filter. Im getting it tuned up this week, Ill let you know what the problem was.

ORIGINAL: GTuner

if it hesitates a lil try replacing ur plugs and wires and maybe a feul filter, my buddy had the same problem and he fixed it by plugs and wires
99s don't have plug wires.....

Take the car to a shop. You are not gonna get the right answer on here without providing ALOT more information.

Well it does have a plastic intake. I can't tell if it has any cracks in it but there could be some. I'll check into the fuel filter, cats, and plugs. The cleaner is fine and should not make such a drop in power either. I'm not sure what I should tell about the car as I have only had it for 2 days now. Its an Auto and it has been serviced regularly I assume, all fluids are fine.

I've changed the oil, oil filter, spark plugs, flushed the coolant, changed the fuel filter, replaced the air filter with a k&n, and ran some injector cleaner since buying my gt (just because I was unsure of prior maintenence) and it runs stronger and smoother. try the basics then if it still is giving you some trouble take it to the shop. It idles properly amd you have no "problems" with the car right? start simple and go from there.
