I've had the pullies on for a day or two, and haven't noticed a difference. It's still to early to figure out any MPG savings and there wasn't a SoTP increase (IMHO, of course). Hopefully 4.10's will be a more noticeable mod.

MM&FF gained 3RWHP and 12RWTQ from Steeda UDPs on an 01 Automatic GT. And average torque was increased by approx. 9RWTQ across majority of the RPM band. Click!

I cant believe how many threads I'm going to post that link in....lol

It's really simple you need a crankshaft puller maybe a impact wench for the alternator pulley. The instructions are real easy to follow.

I don't drive my car that much to keep up with the gas mileage its my toy. I've had it for three years and only put 5,000 miles on it.

I had my pullies installed yesterday (Steeda) and I got lazy and had them installed for $90. Actually, we've gotten more snow and cold weather so it was worth it to not have to lay in the snow on a cold driveway and end up sick.

As far as feeling a difference, there is definitely a difference in driving. It revs more freely, especially between 3k-5k rpm. I don't know how anyone can say that they feel a difference in HP or TQ as it's not enough of a difference in that regard. It does drive a little different and in a good way. Would I spend the $250 to do it again? Yes. I'll have MPG numbers later this week compared to what I was previously getting.

The shop that installed them is a big seller of the March pulleys. While he says that he doubts the Steeda pulleys offer more gains, he said he is switching to Steeda in his Cobra simply because they look much cleaner. Maybe he will notice a difference when he puts them on. I plan on checking back with him to see what he thinks.

^^^ $90 (1-1/2 hour labor charge). Should have done it myself, it looked way too easy. Of course, i don't have a lift at home either...

I've been averaging 18.25 mpg since I got my 2000 GT in January. It's my daily driver and I commute 40 miles each way everyday with 25 of that being highway. I filled my tank up after getting my Steeda UDP's installed. I drove it hard for over half the tank as I wanted to see if I could feel a difference. I spent a lot of time between 3k-5k RPM's. After that first tank, I got 20.2 mpg. That's almost 2 more mpg with the addition of the pulleys and I was driving it a lot harder than I usually do. I will post one more time next week with my mpg after normal driving.

Definitely an increase in fuel economy.
