I'm sure they are.
I ran my March UDP's on my GT without the stock crank pulley bolted to it and the butt dyno was off the chart, finally installed them correctly and it felt like I took all the UDP's off!!

my big question about pullies is:
When you out them on...can you tell the difference in the power? I know when i put my exhuast on it felt like someone kicked my car in the *** and told it to go...but then when i put my CAI on, it felt like it wasnt there...
