Default Idle Dips to 500rpm occassionally

My '04 GT (5spd) has 19k righ now. While I am at a stop light, sometimes it dips to 500 rpm, then it goes back to 700 rpm.
It only does this occasionally. I noticed that when it does this, the next time I start the engine, it takes a few turns to crank.

Note: this is without the A/C on.

Has this happened to any of you? [:'(]

Yes happens to me. I think it's just some kind of fan turning on or something. Doesnt seem to be a big deal.

^^ ya, the cooling fan turns on and it draws some power to turn it on. Since your gauges run off of electrical power they go down for a second. then back up after it starts the cooling fan. You can make your rpm gauge go down if you hold the window button up, you should see it slightly go down for a sec then back up.
