My car had the same problem, except it was surging. I didn't know what the screw on the TB did. After some adjustment it idles almost perfect..almost. My car is throwing a code about the TPS so, once I get that taken care of, I guess it will be okay.

Had same issue with CnL Plenum and FRPP TB. I disconnected the battery, let it sit for 30 mins, and she smoothed right out.

Try it, let me know.

Tried the battery deal, didnt help, but I did completly cover up the iac with so "cut it yourself gasket paper" and now i have no throttle hang and it idles a 600 rpm, when you give it gas and let off it goes down to 500 then back up to 600, i like the idle now but im sure ill throw a code for it. I am going to adjust the screw on the tb to give it another 100 rpm and i think ill be good. Covering up the iac cant be good tho...
