Default question about stripped header bolt?

I have a stripped header thread while installing my long tubes headers and wanted to know if this will definately cause a leak or will thread tape work for this and help prevent a leak. Guess I overtightened one of the bolts and it just kept turning. Or is there another way to fix this. Thanks in advance.

Well, it's not in the block...it's in the head and yes it will leak. The best thing to do is a heli-core.

If a heli-core is my only option...how do I do this?
