finally got my lm1's installed today
today i finally got around to installing my k&n fipk II intake and my slp lm1 exhaust and i love the sound of the exhaust with my stock h-pipe. im very pleased with my exhaust. even though i spent quite a bit of money one the 2 mods and didnt feel any increase of hp, the sound makes up for it. now my car sounds like a mustang!!!!!

Thats awesome man. The LM1's sound terrific from what Ive heard, congrats!
I can't wait to hear my full exhaust with the LM1's... The stuff in my sig is going on next weekend!!

yea from what ive heard the lm1's are pretty loud with an o/r mid pipe. i think that will be my next mod. im very pleased with the sound of slp and the looks of the tips coming out the back is nice also. the funniest thing happened, my buddy owns a shop and he let me use his lift to do my exhaust, well the car on the lift right next to me was a camaro lt-1 and he saw i was puttin a slp exhaust on. the guy was like "wtf i thought slp was only for gm" i was like nope they make them for mustangs too. when i started up my car for the first time the guys mouth dropped. he was surprised that it sounded that good. lol, well i hope u like the sound of your meebix

your neighbors can deal man.... my 97 has flowmaster cat-back right now... nice low rumble but it's very friendly to my neighborhood. Sooner or later I'm gonna make some noise too... I got one ANNOYING neighbor in particular I'm looking to annoy back... ha

I had an o/r h pipe with my lm1's didnt like the sound at all. It was way to loud. I was driving down the road and had a cop that was in the right hand turn lane come out and follow me for three miles, and I wasnt even hitting it or anything like that. I put the stock h back on and I love them now.
