Default power expectancy

What kind of power can i expect from this set up?
97 cobra block, diamond rods/pistons(5cc dish), p51 intake, p/p pi heads, 1mm oversized manly valves, comp cams stage II, (heads were shaved down as well), 80mm maf, 39lb injectors, 75mm TB.
Im looking for 400 at the wheels going through a 4r70w auto.
Am i gonna have a valve clearance issue b/c the heads were shaved?
IS this combo gonna do it, or should i be looking at something different? Give me some suggestions.
Thanks

400rwhp is very hard to get in a n/a car without dumping major $$. if you want that kind of power, just go with a s/c
