Whats the biggest cam i can run on stock drivetrain? what changes have to be made?
I have a 03 stang gt. 4.6, 2 valve motor with auto trans. whats the biggest cam i can run witout changing my torque converter, and what else has to be changed for the bigger cams. Also how much of a power gain can be expected for the cost of this project. Cause from what i see so far cams aint cheap!

what size tires and wheels do you have on the back of yours? i have 17 by 10.5 chrome bullets with 275/40 555R's but yours look alot wider than mine

i would think that 275 nitto drags would be very narrow for that rim its on? nittos are already run narrow..... does the rim bulge out any?

Not trying to hijack, but since it's already a cam thread and I don't much. Would it be worth it to put stage 2 cams in stock 04 GT heads. Currently I have 3.73's, sct xcal2, nitrous, and off road prochamber. What kind of gains would be expected?

Do the Stage 1's...you will have better gains and see the full potential of the cams with stock internals.
