i just checked and the 2002 vent is in the same place as a 2001 so your good

now its ok i fixed my problem..

all those sensors are relating to the air flow at which the intake and MAF reads..

soo silly me not installing the JLT intake with out unplugging the battery gave the computer thinkin it was runnign leaner...

installed old reintslled new with battery reset, and shes running great

the only thing that got me is on my first install i didnt get a check engine light till a day later...
lets hope this doesnt happen again
