the 98 GT's had 225 at the crank man, thats like 205 at the wheel and the 55%, 112.75+205= 317 hp at the wheel. sounds alil better there cuz the car has wouldnt be that much hp increase and everything lies about HP, a cat back is suppose to give to around 25 hp as it says on sites but really gives you almost none. so 290 would some just about right, that would prob be in the low to mid 13's considering the 03-04 cobras r 12.9 with 390 at the crank.

dont forver the 03-04 cobras weigh more than the GT's though... i think a few hundred lbs more at that. yea, people dont always gain what the manufacture would claim.... sometimes they do though, but thats only with stuff like nitrous, turbos, and superchargers.....

but at that, the non PI head will not make it to that much power.... i think if you put a PI swap on there first, you would see much much better gains from the blower.... thats just my opinion though.... or even the pi intake could help you out for the power you want.... you may not want to build a race car by swapping out everything in the motor, its just what you want to do.....

maybe even a porting of the non pi heads would help out alot??

Ported NPI heads flow better than stock PI heads. In fact, ported NPI heads flow about hte same as ported PI heads.

The only bad thing is that the PI intake won't match the ports perfectly.

yea, i have heard that they dont match up perfect..... but they make some adapter plates for them i thought?

yea, i gained more than what they said i would with my blower too... but i also have supporting mods and the PI heads... i mean, yea anything is possible... all we gotta do is put it on and throw her on a dyno.
