Default Hood scoop

i have a 99 silver GT so i dont have the raised hood scoop like on the 01 and up models. I was wondering if any of you have ever seen a silver stand with the scoop painted black or how do you guys think it would look, because i want to make everything silver and black but its hard for me to picture how it will look. Any feedback is appreciated.

Thanks,

I've seen it....looked ok. Guy also had rear spoiler painted black, black rims, and chin spoiler...overall was a nice look

any time i see something like that i think...man that looks just like the ricers that have the body kits that arent painted. IMO it just looks out of place unless its a shaker hood and its on a mach 1.

Yeah but the difference is their body kits are unpainted because they don't have the money to get them panited... Okay back to the 20+ pages of essays I have to have written by 6:00 tonight!

Keep it clean guys. Also you can look at the "4.6 Liter" decals in black for the side of the scoop as well as the black center stripe on the hood.

so what red2k1gt is saying is if you dont have the Mach 1 badge in the back of your mustang then its not going to look good, so you need to go out and buy a mach 1 badge to make the hood scoop in the front look like its in place.
