oh great.... mine hasbeen lowered (Before I got it) and there are no c&C plates yet.... GRRR!!!! ok well now i know what's next

thanks for the reply... and yes it is true. dude I freaking inspected the CRAP outta this car, and had like a ton of people check it out too, compression test, under carriage, EVERYTHING... it was freaking **** mint when I bought it. a few months in my possession it's like
"oh, George is my new owner... hmm he can't afford to pour money into me, so I'm gonna be a little bi*** and suck his wallet dry!"
this is my 3rd vehicle, and each of the others i had before did the same thing
