Default Off Road Mid Pipe

Does a 2004 GT need o2 extensions with an off road pipe w/stock headers?

nope, you dont need o2 extenders. you just need o2 simulators for the back o2 sensors. all you do is pop out the plastic push fastener which will give you a little more slack.

i heard something a few days ago about running an or pipe, and turning off the o2 sensors with the diablo without eliminators would be bad for your engine. is this true? since i turned them off i got dynoed and i'm right at 12.5 a/f.

I don't see how turning off your rear O2s would be bad...

No but you will need MIL eliminators and or a tuner that can turn off rear o2 sensors

What do the rear sensors do? Just tell the computer if the cats are working right?

you need o2 extensions if you run any aftermarket midpipe with an 04GT. you need MILs if you run off road.

I dynoed at 12.5 also after eliminating the back O2 sensors. I don't think it would be bad for your engine.
