What all should you have before you get a supercharger? Should you get bigger injectors? Bigger fuel pump? Also what brand of headers fit autos for a 99

Many supercharger kits come with everything you will need. Larger injectors, adjust your MAF for the new injectors, a new fuel pump may or may not be necessary depending on the power (swapping it is always good for safety though). Look into various full kits to see what they include, and compare.

I would save the extra and just get the things you need at the same time you get the blower, to save a re-tune before you get the blower.
