I read somewhere that putting fox body springs in the 99-04's is a viable way to lower the car a bit, Does anyone know how much of a drop this provides??? I'd like to drop the front and rear of my car 1.5 inches and it would be great if I could just go grab some fox body gt springs from the bone yard as a cheap alternative to buying new ones.

What kind of set up are ya wanting? Drag type set up or road course or just lowered look?

It's a cheap alternative. You can get the shocks/struts for really cheap, but when it comes to springs, I would just buy some eibachs or something, they're only like 250 bucks.

I am looking for a decent street/strip setup that'll still stick in the corners well. and of course the lowered look too,, I don't remember where, but I did see that the fox body springs are supposed to work well, I just don't know how much they actuallt lower it. All help is appreciated, thanks, Mike
