naw man. put nitrous on it till it breaks and then buy a newer engine. i would tell you just to go out and buy a newer engine but might as well have some fun with the old one. then you can tell people "yeah, (tugs up on your belt) i blew my last motor sprayin nitrous"

I wouldnt be afraid. As long as it was maintaind properly it will be fine. Remember if it does go you can still use any performance parts on a rebuild. Most of the time the things that wear the most is the wrist pins in the pistons and bearings. But in a well maintained engine you should be ok. I would alsmost bet money if it was well taken care of that the cylider bores will still bare the original hone marks. Like I said on a high miler the biggest things I've noticed is sloppy wrist pins, as well as valve seats and guides. I had a old ford truck that went to 300,000 miles, then pulled the heads reworked them and put them back on and my dad drove it another 200,000 until we finaly had the rings loose there sealing capabilitys. Good maintence goes a long way.
