Windshield washer fluid low level light

Windshield washer fluid low level light
Is my car supposed to have a low level light for the windshield fluid level? It has never came on if I have one? I have been considering using it for a water/alcohol injection set up.

no i do not have a light that has any concern with washer fluid.
I DO HAVE THIS ONE LIGHT THATS GREEN, ONLY COMES ON WHEN I TEST 'BULBS', NOW WTF IS THAT!
looks like a blower, is that for the supercharged guys, lmfao, seriously i have no clue what that one is, ac mantainence?

Does it look like a wheel spinning? It's probably your traction control
