Default got some pics of my new 4.6l rebuild

alright I am fairly new to this site but have some pic of my 4.6l i rebuilt after I found a screw in the motor. I don't know how it got there. but here ya go

yes I have done the p.i. head conversion it was alot easier with the motor out and apart I also have com .550 274h duration stage two cams tucked unther the vavle cover

wow looking very good man! I have a 97 that I would just totally love to do that to! I'm pulling my tranny in a week to rebuild it... after that's squared away then comes the engine!


By the way what year is your car and did that screw mess something up? Like what prompted you to pull the engine?

well what prompted me to pull the motor was because it was shy of 200,000 miles on it. also I needed to investigate the loud noise from the motor. only to find a screw in #3 cylinder didn't do any damage to the walls but part of it was stuck in thw pission the other in the head.
