Slicks vs Drag Radials... por favor.

Slicks vs Drag Radials... por favor.
ok,
well... at the track I heat up my drag radials and I HOOK PERFECT... no SPIN, hooks awsome.
well pre-loading tho (im an automatic) I can load up to about 1900-2000 RPM.
well i just installed my 3k stall converter...
I want to try and get more stall/get closer to 3k.
So what I am wondering is...
will slicks or MT ET STREETS... be able to LOAD more then my BFG Drag Radials?
b/c right around 2k I will start spinning the tires with my BFG Drag Radials.
but of course on launch they HOOK PERFECT/just like a slick.
to make a basic point: will slicks/ET STREETS pre load more then my BFG Drag Radials?
anyone know/have experience...
THANKS!

well MT are the absolute BEST DRs, so yes, they will be able to launch at a higher RPM
slicks are illegal pretty much everywere besides a track, so be prepared to swap tires
when your at the track
however, with the MTs, you will see less tred life then your BFGs

^true thats what I figured. THanks.
Nitto Drag Radials = less sticky, but last longer
BFG Drag Radials= way more sticky, do not last as long
MT Drag Radials= the stickiest, last the least long
Yes I am going to try some out.

different types of tires from each company could span across this general rule tho

I would start to worry about the stock rearend at this point though. A diff cover and some bracing at least would not be a bad idea at this point.
The MT/ETs hook really hard, and you have a decent chance of breaking something.
31 splines for the win!

IF your going to race at the track i would say slicks all the way man!!! if on the street i would go radials.. I had a set of Nitto radials that worked Great on the street.. like i could to 3k drops and would hook almost instantly but at the track they sucked!! i couldnt get traction worth a S**t
