You might be able to hit high 13's. You should be able to hit low 14's if you cant make high 13's.

I've heard 75mm throttle bodies are better. I dont know if the bigger injectors are necessary yet. The port and polish would definetely help you out.

Bro., you are nowhere near 13's. I'll say mid 14's, but that's it. Here's why...
K&N: May give you 3 more horses. Good for .2sec off your time
Chambered mufflers: Good for 5-7hp
O/R x-pipe: about 10hp
CAI: worthless...should have been a M.A.F. Maybe 5 horses if ur lucky.
Tri-ax: great mod, good for making sure you don't miss 3rd. May can get a better time w/this if you screw up lot w/the stock shifter.
Underdrive Pulleys: 10-15...say 12hp to be safe. March Performance, & Steeda are the brands I say stick w/it for these.

These are mods will cut your time, but you're best mods IMO have been your gear, shifter, pulleys, & o/r x-pipe. You want 13's, get a m.a.m., straight through exhaust, 4.10's, DR's & then holla back!

you'll need a little more than that to hit 13.5. your best bet is a PI head swap. that's the best mod for stock 96-98 GT engines. with the mods you have done, you should be in the low 14's.

I agree with GSXR. Good explaination dude!

Also I read about using a 75mm TB earlier on your stang. For your year, I wouldn't do it because that will hurt you, not help. Stick to the 70mm. Port and polish...priceless.
