first you have to decide what one of 2 catagories you fit in the best (even though most people will be in both, pick what one you'd enjoy the most)...
One: you love rare cars and like to keep a good looking mustang stock
Two: you like to do minor/major mods and love going fast
if you fit into the first one, go with the mach. if you fit in the second one go with the cobra, it will get way more hp gains from the same mods and hell...it's already supercharged and got a 6 speed!!

Theres a big difference there. SVT is all about speed. The cobra has the different body, suspension, and int. upgrades. Wich is pretty cool huh? but also think, insurence is a bitch. And your gas milage is gona be worse too. When i first got my job i was offered a ton of cars, and over all of them i chose a mach 1. It has the ***** behind it to beat down pretty much any car on the road you will USUALLY see. and the mods are CHEAPER then the ones for the cobra. Anywho the mach gets better gas, rides nicer, cost less, and less insurence wich = more money for new parts. add a 3,000 supercharger, custom computer mods, and it will blow the doors off a cobra. But you also have a choice of a gt too wich are sweet. or you still want a better performing machine? Think Roush, You can get a stage 3 pretty cheap, and insurence is just a lil more then a mach 1. and they come pre-tuned from the factory. hope somthing helped you out. if you have any other Q about roush vs the other two let me know im around them 13 hours a day 5 days a week.

Familys Shop has a 2004 Mach 1 with 695 HP and still going up.
