Buy an Acura, that should fix your problem right up.

Take it to another alignment shop, make sure they check it in reference to the rears, if you whacked it hard enough it is possible you could have misaligned the K. I taught alignment to GM techs, you don't know how frustrating it is to have to trust people to do that work for you, such as optimize settings, road test and adjust steering wheel center, etc. I have found there are more bad shops than good!

I bought my wife a 04 GT and she had the same problem and I took it back to the dealer and pointed out the damage I found under the car( I bought it in the winter USED and it looked great and seemed to drive great until the roads dried up then we noticed it) and they said they would fix it. It looked by the dent in the rocker panel cover, crack in the ft. bumper cover that the previous owner most have ran it up over something. so they got to looking , checked the ft. end alignment it was ok and then found a bent lower control arm and a bent strut so they replaced them. I drove the car for a day and took it back to them and after the damage they found and how it helped some I insisted that the rack had to have been damaged to so they replaced the rack and the problem was gone!!! SUMMARY- Mustangs can not take to much in the line of tolerating curbs ,pot holes, offroading lol etc..., take a real close look at all of your parts in the ft. end and if everything looks ok and the alignment is good start leaning towards the rack being a factor. The parts in the rack are more fragile then one would think with out seeing any damage. JUST A THOUGHT

i have a blk 03 gt! but my handleing on it sucks after i hit a curb.....i had it aligned, and tire rods replaced.......and new tires.......but the steering wheel feels like if it was being held on by a rubberband it feels....very stretchy/not as responsive.....feels like teh tires are floating..............any one have any ideas what else it could be?
