As far as sound... Assuming you want the loudest you can possibly get.
SLP LM1's and if not - Dynomax Race Bullets.
I would say LM1's first... But both excellent choices.

Would it be hard to install long tube headers myself? My car is lowered a little bit...not sure exactly how much. Also..whats so bad about flowmasters? i have them and they sound pretty good to me. 
Oh also, what does O/R stand for on the x-pipes?

Wont the Dynomax-Race-Magnum-Bullet-Mufflers be really bad sound, i was talking to this guy at work and he has a 98 gt with a 5.0, with LT's into jba x pipe and american thunder single chamber mufflers, and it sounded loud but wasnt really deep enought besides goin with hooker LT's is there any other options? The guy was tellin me to go with BBK shortys into bbk of H pipe into manaflow cat back would this be what im lookin for, and how much is this setup going to be, i have bout a grand to spend.

god I'm going to sound like an idiot because nobody is mentioning these.... I have BBK shorty headers and magnaflow magnapack cat-back and I honestly couldn't be happier... to give you an idea, I have to put my system at 20+ to drown out the sound... and my sytem consists of this...
2 12 inch memphis subs with amp
memphis powered mach 460 with 4 channel amp backing them up
I've never heard the systems your mentioning in action so I can't compare but from all the car's around here I stand out... a buddy I sold my ws-6 to put an exhaust system on it and I still sound better...
