Oil Change
Gonna change the oil on my 96 mustang soon how many quarts should i use, ive done some searching on the site and ive seen 5, 5.5, and 6 how many is it?

Put in 5, then check it after you run it, then add more until it shows full. [&:]

spec is 6. How much you need to put in depends on ho wlong you let it drain. On my own car I let it go until it's like dripping drop by drop out...
my 97 takes 6

Quantity of oil will also change depending if you are replacing the oil filter or not. and you should always replace the filter

+1 always do the filter. If you don't, you are leaving a huge glob of old oil in there.

i'd go full synthetic but it's got super lotsa miles so she's getting valvoline max life on next change

Thats a good choice. I use it in my jeep which has 125k on it and it doesn`t leak or burn any between oil changes.
