how much improveemnt in performance will I get from adding a C&L mass air meter to my 2004 cobra?

youve already got a 90mm, just keep it. the only reason you would have to get a c&l, is if you put bigger injectors in your car, because you would need an aftermarket maf calibrated for the injectors. but i dont recomend C&L, get a Pro m if you do get bigger injectors. you should concentrate on pulley swap and full exhaust
